EVENT and SINGLE DAY Rental Fee Breakdown:

Short-Term Rental Contract PDF

  • Digital Piano rental fee: $250 (No Hybrid Pianos) 

  • Upright Piano rental fee: $475

  • Grand rental fee: $675+

*Delivery and pickup within business hours without challenges such as stairs, soft or uneven surfaces, or long-distance hauls.

  • Digital Piano Delivery and Pickup: $200 x 2

  • Upright and Grand Delivery and Pickup Fees: starting at $575 x 2​

 

*Delivery and Pickup outside of normal business hours excluding assessment of challenges such as stairs, soft or uneven surfaces, or long-distance hauls.

  • Starting at $250 (in addition to standard delivery and pickup fees)

Tuning on site: Customer Pays Tuner Directly or $200 Fee if arranged through San Mateo Piano
